It is an Android application, but since the Amazon Fire TV Stick and Box run Android underneath the skin from Amazon, we can install Mobdro on FireStick and Box. This guide is about the Mobdro Firestick app, but you can also install Mobdro on Roku.
How to Install MobDro on FireStick TV / Box
Please note instructions are the same for both Amazon Fire TV Stick and Box, referred to as Amazon Fire TV in the below steps. This tutorial will work on both Amazon Fire TV Stick and Box generations.
Pre-Requisites to install Mobdro for firestick
We will use the Downloader app to install MobDro on Amazon Fire TV Stick. You will also need to enable Apps from Unknown Sources. Hit the link below to learn how to install the Downloader app and enable Apps from Unknown sources on your Amazon Fire TV.
How to Install Downloader and Enable Apps from Unknown Sources – Amazon Fire TV
Step 1 – Open Downloader App
From your Amazon Fire TV home screen, press and hold the home button, click on Apps, and then open the Downloader app. The below screen will show up with the cursor blinking after the two slashes.
Step 2 – Enter MobDro APK URL
Press the select (center) button on the Amazon Fire TV remote, and a keypad will pop up.
Enter the Mobdro downloads link for firestick https://www.mobdro.to/mobdro.apk

Step 3 – Install Mobdro apk Firestick TV.
Once you click on Go, the Mobdro app will begin downloading.
Once MobDro apk is downloaded successfully, the below window will show up automatically. Click on the down button on the Amazon Fire TV remote. The Next button will automatically change to Install, then click on Install.
Once Mobdro is successfully installed on Amazon Fire TV, you will get a message confirming. Do not click on Open or open Mobdro yet. Click on Done.
Step 4 – Delete Downloaded Apk
Once you click on Done, the below screen will appear. Click on Delete (we do not want the apk as we have already installed the app so that we can delete it safely).
Click on Delete again to confirm.
Step 5 – Open Mobdro on firestick from Applications
Press the Home button on the Amazon Fire TV remote (or press the Back button twice) to return to the Amazon Fire TV home screen.
Once on the Amazon Fire TV Home screen, press and hold the home button on the remote. The below screen should show up, Select Apps.
This will show you all the apps installed on your Amazon Fire TV. Scroll down and select Mobdro to open Mobdro.
